Booking
Upon confirmation of your booking, a contract is established between you and TrippyJiffy (Neelasha Travels LLP). This contract comes into effect when we confirm your tour or travel services and receive the required deposit amount from you.
Payment Policy
Deposit:
A minimum deposit of 70% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Balance Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the start date of the services.
For bookings made within 15 days of the start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Note: For peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali) or special train journeys, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Mode of Payment
International clients can make payments via Bank Transfer to our bank account or by Credit/Debit Card or by using Payment Gateway which is Razorpay.
Important:
- Payments must be made free of any withholding tax or deductions.
- Any bank charges for remittance will be borne by the payer.
- Transaction processing fees for Credit/Debit card payments via payment gateway should also be borne by the payee.
Cancellation, No-Show, and Early Departure Policy
Cancellation Charges for Individual Bookings:
- 60 days or more before arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 59 to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost.
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days or less, or no-show: No refund.
Additional Notes:
- For peak seasons (20th December to 15th January) and festivals (Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair), cancellations will result in no refund, irrespective of notice period.
Cancellation Charges for Group Tours:
- 60 days or more: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 59 to 30 days: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 29 to 0 days, or no-show: No refund.
Luxury Train Journeys:
Palace on Wheels:
- 90+ days: 10% of ticket value.
- 89–30 days: 20% of ticket value.
- 29–0 days: No refund.
Maharaja’s Express:
- 60+ days: 25% of published price.
- 59–45 days: 50% of net amount.
- 44–0 days: No refund.
Deccan Odyssey:
- 59–45 days: 20% of published tour cost.
- 44–30 days: 50% of published tour cost.
- 29–0 days: No refund.
Wildlife Safari:
Wildlife safari booked at any National Park or Sanctuary are non-refundable. Date change requests will be treated as cancellations with no refund.
Cancellation of Flights:
Flight tickets are non-refundable. Name and date changes are as per airline rules.
Important Notes:
- A minimum 10% service charge will apply for all cancellations.
- In case of natural calamity: clients may opt for credit note or refund (after deducting 10%).
- If tour is cancelled mid-journey: refunds depend on service provider costs. No refunds for unused hotels, transport, or meals.
Refund Policy
Refunds for unused services will be processed within 2–6 weeks as per banking procedures. Bank charges will be deducted. Only written refund requests are accepted.
Identification Requirements
- Foreign Nationals: Passport and Visa.
- Non-Resident Indians (NRI): Passport.
- OCI/PIO: Passport and OCI/PIO card.
- Domestic Clients: Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport.
Note: A Visa is mandatory for all foreign nationals traveling to India.Check the Visa on Arrival details at Visa Online.
Arrival and Departure Policy
- Check-In: Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability).
- Check-Out: Between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (late check-out subject to availability and additional charges).
Extra Vehicle Usage
Costs for extra vehicle usage beyond the specified itinerary (e.g., additional transfers or extended sightseeing) are not included in the service and will incur additional charges
Helicopter Journeys
- Tickets and fares are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- In cases of cancellation due to weather conditions, VIP movement, or other unavoidable circumstances, alternate arrangements will be made based on availability.
- No tickets will be carried forward to the next day, and Neelasha Travels LLP (TrippyJiffy). will not reimburse costs related to cancelled helicopter journeys.
Liabilities and Limitations
- Neelasha Travels LLP (TrippyJiffy) acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and contractors providing other services. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined by these service providers.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or unforeseen expenses caused by natural hazards, political closures, equipment breakdown, acts of God, or other events beyond our control.
- Guests are advised to arrange for their own travel insurance to cover accidents, theft, or other potential losses.
Force Majeure
Neelasha Travels LLP ( TrippyJiffy) is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of war, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Special Notes
- Terms and conditions for specific destinations (e.g., Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep) will be provided separately.
- Group bookings and helicopter yatras will have their own terms, communicated on a case-by-case basis.
- Luxury train journeys (e.g., Palace on Wheels, Maharajas' Express) will follow distinct terms and conditions shared as needed.
- After we've given you the price for your trip, if the government increases any fees (like entrance fees to monuments, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges), you'll have to pay the extra cost.
- Neelasha Travels LLP (TrippyJiffy)acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We're not responsible for things they do.
- The trip plans we give you are just examples. Things like weather, road conditions, and how easily people can walk might mean we have to change the plan. We can change the plan to keep everyone safe and comfortable.
- Our prices are based on the prices we've agreed on with hotels and airlines. These prices can change without notice. If they change, we might have to change the price we quoted you. Hotel bookings are based on normal hotel check-in and check-out times.
- We are not responsible for delays, changes to the trip, or extra costs caused by things like:
- .Natural disasters (like earthquakes or floods)
- .Flight cancellations
- ◉Accidents
- ◉Broken equipment
- ◉Bad weather
- ◉Sickness
- ◉Road closures
- ◉Political problems
- ◉Other unexpected events
- We are also not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to people or their belongings caused by any of these things.
- We don't have insurance to cover accidents, sickness, theft, or other problems. We recommend you get travel insurance in your home country. You are responsible for your belongings at all times
- If you're traveling to India from another country (except Nepal and Bhutan), you need a passport that's valid for at least 6 months and a valid visa. Getting your passport and visa is not included in the trip cost.
- If you have a contagious disease, you cannot travel with us. If we find out during the trip that you have a contagious disease, you will have to leave the trip and make your own arrangements to get home.
